Curt Bosson joined the sales team at The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia in October of 2011. With more than 10 years of experience in luxury residential real estate having worked within multiple new developments, Mr. Bosson provides an unmatched level of expertise and an acute focus on customer service.

His past experience includes working as a senior sales executive with Intrawest’s real estate division, Playground Destination Properties; The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club, Bachelor Gulch; The St. Regis, Aspen; The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club, St. Thomas; and as a sales & marketing executive for Lajitas Resorts in Southwest Texas.

Katerina Dimitriadis has been an integral member of the sales team for The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia since its inception 2005. Her intimate knowledge of the project and Ritz-Carlton’s world-class customer service provides continuity and enhances Residents’ confidence of the service level they are accustomed to.

Katerina previously worked for Rittenhouse Realty, Inc.; The Rittenhouse Hotel and Condominiums; and British Airways in Philadelphia. She brings more than 25 years of
high-end customer service, sales and management experience in residential real estate and hospitality sectors.
